We are an organization with strong partnerships between sales and service. Join our growing team. You won't regret it. RESPONSIBILITIES : Sales Approval and Order Processing Work with sales teams to process equipment orders.
Approves orders based on accuracy and complete paperwork and information. Processes all equipment movement requests from the sales team.
Responsible for uploading all documents to a shared folder so the information is accessible for billing. Updates order status as order moves through process.
Lease Process Acts as liaison between the leasing coordinator and the sales team. Upon approval ensures that lease documents are filled in completely and accurately.
Scheduling / Logistics Work with warehouse and shop for all equipment deliveries. Submit all equipment orders to the warehouse for preflight.
Notify sales reps as to the availability of all equipment orders. Scheduling and expediting all equipment deliveries with the carriers.
Contact customers to schedule the delivery. Forward copies of each scheduled delivery to dispatch & systems group for installation.
Liaison between all carriers, warehouse, sales team, and systems group. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, but also able to contribute individually. Must be proficient with MS office products.
